We had a great experience with Better Bath on our recent project. Jeff Hare, Jennifer Conklin, Mateo Gonzalez, Lorena Rodriguez, and Tim Zavala were all very professional and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, kept the work site clean, and the quality of the work really exceeded our expectations. The new tub and shower setup with the marble-patterned walls and black fixtures looks fantastic. We felt the pricing was fair and would definitely recommend them.

From the start of the design with Jeff to Russell the work was smooth and the people were exceptional!! Being Referred by Home Depot gave me comfort. Better Bath repaired a major leak we had prior to the installation. During the process, they kept us informed every step of the way. It was comforting having Tim the supervisor stop by to ensure the work was being done properly. He provided great communication to my questions following the installation and he came back to follow on some small details once it was complete! Most importantly, our tower tub/ floor is gorgeous !! It meets my bougie standards😂 Great job! I highly recommend Better Bath!!

Better Bath did a great job with my bathroom remodel. The quality of the work is excellent, and the whole team was very professional throughout the project. They kept the site clean while they were working, which I really appreciated, and their communication made the process go smoothly. I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

Jennifer was excellent in her presentation and estimate, no pressure and listened to what we wanted. Materials were promptly obtained (10day) permit secured w/o issues or delays. Mateo and Jose arrived on the scheduled install date promptly at 7:30a. Set to work and completed the installation by 7 pm. All areas left cleaned of debris and driveway washed down. Very pleased with the finished result. We highly recommend Better Bath.

We had a great experience with Better Bath on our shower project. Juan Gomez was very professional and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. The team showed up on time every day and did a fantastic job keeping the site clean while they worked. The quality of the new shower, from the glass doors to the stone-look wall panels, is excellent. We're really happy with how everything turned out.

Working with Better Bath has been a great experience. We wanted a walk-in tab for my wife, because she has health issues with her legs. We initially went with a company but they said that the walk-in tub wouldn't look nice and they suggested just doing an entire shower. We agreed, but after that, it all went down hill. Took forever to get with us, unprofessional, and what really did it was their crew was supposed to be at the house at 8:00AM, at 2:30 PM i contact the PM and he sated they were at the house all day. WE FIRED THEM?? Contacting Better Bath and work with Tammy the design was easy, she is very nice and EVERYTHING that she said would happen, real happened. The grew that did our bathroom Russell and Chewy were awesome. Very polite, professional, and explained everything that were doing each day. One of them even ate dinner with us. If you are looking to have a bathroom remodel, give Better Bath a chance. You won't regret, I promise. Tell them That Rich sent you!! 🙂

BetterBath remodeled three bathrooms in our home. From the estimate process with Jennifer, the demolition, clean up and throughout the entire installation, the BetterBath team was professional, timely, very neat and clean. They communicated with us regularly about the process and timelines. This team was phenomenal. Our installation team included Octavio, who was well organized and knowledgeable. He installed our tile with precise detail and my constant nagging never seemed to bother him one tiny bit. He was a superstar. Our team also included Randy, Tim, Chuck, Chewy and Al. Each team member demonstrated kindness, professionalism and truly specialized in bathroom remodeling. They waterproof, they include the permitting process and they clean the finished product to the highest level. If we had another bathroom to remodel, we would definitely call the folks at BetterBath. Thank you BetterBath! 🌸
